Due to the professional and time-based nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.
Partial refunds may be considered if:

2. Subscription-Based Digital Platforms
For monthly subscriptions:

Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle

No retroactive refunds for unused time

3. Custom Development Projects
Payments for custom development, integrations, and system customization are non-refundable once development begins due to resource allocation.
4. Short-Let (Airbnb) Services
Refunds adhere to property-specific cancellation rules.
Management service fees are non-refundable after service delivery.
5. Training, Workshops & Education Services
